Certainly not to imply that our Deluxe rooms are inferior (!) our Superior rooms have just that little bit more to help you relax. Room 2 is all about chilling out with a massive bathroom with a super deep bath tub where you could just soak for hours before getting a perfect night’s sleep in the king sized bed. A nice touch is the beautiful, original stained glass window treatment here too. Room 6 is one of our largest rooms. Light & airy it is on the western side of the hotel with three large windows. The room is very private and makes a lovely, cosy nest for retreat.

So we don’t really like the word standard around The Franklin Hotel. We strive to provide service that is above standard and as such our rooms begin at a level that is also above standard. Unique works from local artists, rustic wooden panelling and colourful, funky lighting in all three of these rooms provides a cosy, homely feeling perfect for having a great night in. Queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms in the Deluxe rooms give you the perfect spot for recuperating after a hard days work or an even better spot to launch a great night out!
